    Science Cluster Day is an annual celebration of Novo Nordisk Foundation Grant holders intended to strengthen the scientific ecosystem around our strategic focus areas and provide opportunities to connect with the Novo Nordisk Foundation and with other grant holders across scientific projects, disciplines, and institutions. Due to limited capacity, we will invite selected grant holders to participate.

    Theme: Mission-Driven and Curiosity-Driven Research: Navigating the Future of Scientific Innovation

    This year, we will focus on how mission-oriented research and initiatives can complement curiosity-driven science and serve as a strategic tool to advance scientific goals. Throughout the day, we will highlight examples of mission-driven research grants, discuss the balance between defined objectives and free fundamental research, and reflect on how best to support both for the benefit of society and the planet.
