The day is organized in two sessions:

In the morning, a group-based networking to promote professional exchanges in a small setting and provide a clear view of the career opportunities in industry.

In the afternoon, two sessions in parallel: a guided networking session (group rotations), a free form mingle to continue the discussions. A station-based networking (limited seats) to promote individual interactions. Participants meet the company representatives based on ranking during registration, arrive prepared and have a short period of time (10 min) to interact with their assigned partners.

Practical information

We have a limited number of participants for this event, so please register as soon as possible.

Please note, that due to limited spots for the afternoon networking session, the assignment for the different participating companies will be also based on a first-come-first-serve. 1-1 session will consist of 15min (12mins + 3mins wrap up/change over). We strongly encourage participants to come prepared (e.g. industry tailored resume, questions for company representatives, etc).

Deadline for application is Friday October 9th and invitations and assignment will be sent the latest a week before the event.
